# Pairs

**About:** Pairs are the different coins used for the BOT to operate the strategies, these can be BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, BNB/USDT, ETC, which have to be configured in the following way on the Binance platform to guarantee the correct behavior of the futures strategy.

<mark style="background-color:red;">**These steps should be performed on every active pair used by the BOT.**</mark>

### Step 1

From the pair screen inside USDⓈ-M, click the icon right next the leverage settings, and then click on “**Preference**”.

### Step 2

From the Preference menu, click on “**Position Mode**” and then select “**One-way Mode**”.

### Step 3

Adjust the “**Margin Mode**” and “**Leverage**” at ease, this doesn’t interfere with the BOT behavior and it should be set based on your risk management setup, or the risk you are willing to take on every open strategy position.
